At Majhail, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a return request.
Eligible Returns
- Defective products
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect size orders
How to Request a Return
- Write to us at shopmajhailticket@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Include a clear unboxing video, detailed images of the defect, and photos of the original packaging. These are non-negotiable and mandatory for submitting a return request.
- Packages damaged while opening with scissors or other sharp objects are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
- If your return request is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at your provided address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll refund the base price (total amount minus taxes and delivery charges) to your original mode of payment.
Standard Information
- Items used, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
- All tags and packaging must be intact when returning.
- Products purchased during sale or with discounts cannot be returned unless defective or misprinted.
- Majhail reserves the right to reject requests that do not fully comply with the above requirements.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after product inspection and approval.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopmajhail@gmail.com.
